20+ Years of Dedicated River Conservation
Founded in 2003, Western Rivers Institute has been at the forefront of river conservation in the American West. What started as a small group of passionate scientists and conservationists has grown into a leading organization dedicated to protecting and restoring our precious river ecosystems.
Through two decades of dedicated work, we've expanded our reach across multiple states, collaborating with communities, governments, and other conservation organizations to create lasting positive change for western rivers.
Get in TouchTo protect, restore, and enhance the ecological health of western rivers through collaborative research, restoration projects, and community education. We work to ensure these vital freshwater ecosystems thrive for generations to come.
